![]() I’m never stuck on levels for weeks on end like it’s counterparts. The concept of the friends helping you is the best I’ve seen throughout the CC Saga series. I’m usually cursing while playing this game but anyways, it’s a good game. So my last review got deleted due to foul language. I recommend it if you just want to space out for a little bit, but there are other similar games with better rewards and more consistent updates that actually work if that’s what you’re looking for. I also agree with the criticisms about the gold bars. All that said, it’s a pleasant-enough way to waste a few minutes here and there, and unlike the first Candy Crush game, I haven’t been stuck on a level for more than a few days (as opposed to weeks). My app is updated, I’ve completely closed it and reopened, etc, and nothing works. Now, there’s some event with the jelly queen or whatever she is.I got the notifications for the event and she shows up when I start the game, but I can’t take part in the event because it doesn’t show up. Recently, I earned a reward for completing 10 quests but didn’t actually receive the award. I’ve been signed out and sent back about 1000 levels (luckily this only happened once), losing all of my boosters in the process. However, there are too many glitches and failures to update. I like this game quite a bit and think it is the best of the Candy Crush Saga. I wish this Candy Crush game would take some lessons from the original game where there are lots of prizes and opportunities to earn unlimited hearts for a period of time - also, The team races on the original game are really fun. Instead, the monitor moves up the scale so in reality, you earn nothing. All of the above is true, however I find it annoying to “win” prizes that are not prizes. Refilling hearts when earning rewards would be an awesome improvement!! I am now on level 1197. It does not do much good when you earn a reward that is only good for 30 minutes or 2 hours if you only have 1 heart left or even worse, zero hearts! I really hope the developers will take note of this. When we earn rewards, I wish the hearts were refilled as well. I do wish some of the levels were easier, but I have only one frustration. I waited until I was far into the game to write a review, as we often feel differently about the game when it starts getting hard. I play a lot of different types of games, but this game is by far my favorite. It won’t let you save your boosters, it won’t allow you to keep gold. If I was able to find any other game that was challenging and that I liked enough, I’d stop playing this completely. Whatever.Edit: I took away my two stars and gave it one. I have literally made one single move and wiped the entire level now that I’m up to almost 500 and it STILL put me at having the very last highest score and gave me 2 stars. It’s becoming too much and it isn’t worth it. Most of the characters don’t even help you or they send help into places where you have no chance of using it. That kind of stuff is dangerous and I’m seriously considering deleting the app. I’d hate to see what happened if you downloaded some of these bingo or slot games and actually gave them your bank info or your debit card. The ads aren’t ever anything I can relate to and most of the ads are scams. Also, it’s giving out things like the lollipop hammer and stuff and then almost making sure you have to use it and don’t keep it and then they bombard you with ads and stupid stuff that don’t add up to anything and the ads start taking the absolute longest 30 seconds I believe I have ever lived thru. The ads in this game are starting to get ridiculous! And if you choose not to watch them at the beginning of a level, it doesn’t seem to want you to beat it and will try everything in the world to keep you from it.
